Column 4 is for any Notes made.

Column 5 is the Original Census Page Number.

Spellings - If you are sure your ancestor's name is misspelled, let me know and I will enter it in the "Notes" column so the search engines will catch the correct spelling (please give page number if informing me). I will not change Mrs Zimmer's original interpretation of the original pages of the census listed in the first column. Spellings by the census taker may have been by sound and you may need to use your imagination as to a sound of a name to find the name you are researching.

Contact the IL State Archives to get a copy of the original.
Note 1: Except for your own interpretation, the original pages will not have much other information than what is found here. In addition to the data presented here, the original page will usually give the date of the actual visit, the name of the census taker, and maybe the township or area as to Range.
Note 2: I noticed Original Page numbered 46 was either not used or lost. And, on Original Page 67 there was only one entry.
