?Hiram D HAYS???? and family???

The people in the picture are (as you are looking at the photo) second person from the left Hiram D. HAYS and family, last woman in the second row Martha Henrietta ((STEVENS) HAYS.
My aunt Zoe claims photo is Hiram Hays and family, taken in Albia, Iowa. I don't think it is Hiram as he died in 1850 and Martha would have been about 6 yrs. old then. She married my gggggrandfather John L. STEVENS in 1862. Maybe it is of Nancy Stewart and her new husband John TAYLOR. But then again Nancy died before 20 March 1868 according to her father's probate. So I am wondering who this family really is.
